Description
Yoga Nidra which is known as ‘the waking sleep’ is part of all of the programs that I teach. The version I am sharing with you here goes for ten minutes. Yoga Nidra sessions can run for over an hour. To prepare for Yoga Nidra we position our bodies in Shavasana also known as the Corpse Pose, after doing the leg stretches to a Seated Spine Twist.
Yoga Nidra helps to restore our body, our senses and our mind. Even one session promotes a heightened state of wellbeing. Regular practice is literally life changing.
