8 Steps to Positive Manifestation and Lifting Vibrations Now
I have a passion for Human Movement, Music and LOVE lifting vibrations and calling out intentions by seeing, saying, feeling and making happen and RELEASING to THE UNIVERSE.
I believe that we can manifest what we want and what we need by consciously tuning in to our hearts and minds.
Do you ever think that manifesting works for other people, but not for you? Do you feel you are missing something to make it work for you?
The number one reason most people get stuck while manifesting is not knowing the vital steps to manifest and work with the universe.
Here are 8 steps to manifest anything you want! Even money.
- Be clear on what you want.
If you don’t know exactly what you want, you won’t be able to make it happen. To manifest you must know what you heart and mind desires.
That means you must get very clear on the specifics. Detail the features as if your manifestation is made for you and you can see what it looks like.
To start, make a list of 10-15 things you would like to manifest. Be specific and positive and avoid using the word don’t.
“I would like to go on a boat” might mean ‘a local ferry trip’ or more specific “I want to be on a luxury yacht and cruise our beautiful waterways”. This streamlines your search quite a bit.
Make sure you give yourself permission to want what you want today and be open to changing it tomorrow. This can be helpful for you to manifest.
2. Ask the universe.
Once you have your list, amplify your signal to the universe by asking for what you want. When the universe is clear on what you want to manifest, then it can help you. Don’t leave it up to chance, ask for what you want.
There are a lots of ways to ask such as in meditation, visualising and vision boards. If you like to write a great way is to write a letter to the universe and ask for what you want.
Asking for what you want once a day makes your requests clearer and clearer.
3. Work toward your goals.
Manifesting is the art of co-creating with the universe. Working toward your goals increases your chances of receiving what you want. It’s also fun.
Write down 3 actions you can do today to bring you closer to your goal. If you don’t know what to do, use a Google search to figure out what actions you can take, as someone may have the same issue and has written about it. Allow yourself to be inspired by what others have done.
Start taking action and keep taking action until you’ve reached your goal.
4. Trust in Yourself and the process.
As you work toward your goal, you most likely will question if manifesting actually works. Perhaps you will be discouraged and frustrated. If you are sitting in the struggle and wondering when things are going to happen, this means you are not trusting the process. Questioning manifestation means you are telling the universe to prove it doesn’t work.
The Law of Attraction always obliges by sending you experiences that will keep you stuck.
To manifest, you have to trust the process
One trick is when you hear negative self talk give your self a little flick on your earlobe…..yes it works and then say something like “I am getting closer and closer to my goals every day. The universe has my back and is amazing.”
Repeat this phrase until you believe it.
- Receive and acknowledge what you get.
The universe is always giving you help, but it’s easy to miss the signs (especially when they come in unexpected ways). When you start to acknowledge and receive signs from the universe, the universe will give you more of what you want.
A good way to get started with this step is to write down the evidence in a journal at the end of the day.
Make sure to include anything that happened to you during the day that moved you a little bit closer to your goal.
Eg. You are trying to sort out your finances and your bank sends an email message regarding a more appropriate payment plan! That is evidence.
Another could be an inspirational quote speaking to you on Facebook/Instagram. (This happens to me often, which is why I am writing this right now)
- Clear your resistance.
If you are finding it difficult to manifest what you want, it is likely you are resisting what the universe is offering you. Doubts, fears, pain, procrastination, frustrations, anxiety, regrets and resentments are all forms of resistance.
They are totally normal, but will slow down your path to manifest what you really want.
When you notice a conflict coming up, be aware and acknowledge it. Remind yourself to breath, let go and relax.
If you are having a hard time letting go of problem, perhaps speaking with someone will help you through it.
Manifesting your desires is 100 percent possible but, to do so, you must use ALL the steps.
- Get clear on what you want.
- Ask the universe for it.
- Take action (help the universe make it happen).
- Trust in yourself and the process .
- Acknowledge what is being sent to you along the way.
- Increase your vibration.
- Clear all resistance.
7. Keep Your Vibration High.
According to the Law of Attraction, you attract what you are sending out. To attract more of what you want, you have to raise your vibration.
Vibrations are like little radio signals you are continuously sending out to the universe. You must tune your signal to a vibration worthy of receiving it (stay positive and thankful).
All you have to do is to feel joy.
By spending 10-15 minutes a day (at least) doing something that makes you feel good, anything from dancing, to walking in your favourite place, to meditating, to ensure your vibration stays high.
Remember, a bad mood means you are going to be rewarded with feeling bad. Staying positive is the easiest way to be certain good things are coming.
These 3 Simple Dance Moves to Lift Your Vibration
- Step Forward Right Foot Lift arms to the sky
- Step Right foot Back draw positive vibrations into your heart as you open your arms to open your heart and close across your heart
- Step right foot forward away as you gently remove any low vibrations away
- Repeat 3 times and change direction and repeat starting with left foot
This is done with a 4 x 4 rhythm (you must choose a tune that moves you as it is all encompassing mind, body sound )
