Jill’s course Movement and Meditation for Students and Staff Wellbeing is run through Teacher Training Australia and will guide staff in mindful ways to work with their students.
It covers a fusion of Yoga and Pilates Movement as well as Yoga Nidra Meditation for less anxiety and stress and more productivity.
Jill is also happy to discuss this course as a workshop at your school and also teaches in a number of government and private schools.
