Online – Breathing and Meditation Registration

This Body and Balance class will take through alternate nostril breathing for left and right brain balancing also known as Nadi Shodhana. It helps sharpen your concentration and mental clarity when your mind is feeling dull.
The purpose is to provide equal amount of oxygen to both side of your brain.
The class continues with Jill’s YogaNidra Meditation with intention. Jill focuses on the use of colour as each colour represents a different Shakra

While Body And Balance exercise is designed for all levels of Fitness, it is important to check with your Health Practitioner before commencing any exercise class or program.
This is particularly important if you are or recently have been pregnant, injured or ill.

Questions to ask yourself:
Are you on prescription medication?
Are you or have you been pregnant or had a baby in the last six months?
Have you been hospitalised in the last six months?
Do you have any condition that could affect your ability to exercise?
eg. stroke, heart condition, high blood pressure (>140/90), palpitations, diabetes, epilepsy, rheumatic fever, arthritis, cramps, asthma, neck, ankle, back, knee or any muscular pain.
