Jill shares her 30+ years of experience teaching all ages and fitness levels Mind/Body Practises in order to be healthier and well no matter what you do. In the workplace Jill offers office based posture and balance as well as eye and hand exercises to gain an understanding of what is happening and how to improve it and increase wellness and productivity.

Anna Guz is a GUT FOOD MOOD SPECIALIST. As a Health and Wellness Consultant, Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist she helps Men suffering from Mood Swings to be Calm, Happy and Energised and she is really passionate about guiding and empowering them to create Happy, Healthy, Connected and Loved relationship with themselves and others.
She is a qualified and caring Clinical Naturopath, Nutritionist, Dietician and Health &Wellness Consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in clinical practice. Anna’s main interest lies in Gut and Mood/Mental Health, Man’s Health and Wellbeing.

A basic Yoga Nidra or the Waking Sleep is also included and research has proven that a s little as 10minutes per day will increase productivity and help lower stress levels in the workforce.
