Karla Garay: Pilates and Yoga Instructor

My name is Karla Garay and I’m a Pilates instructor from Chile and also hold a Bachelor in Dance. I began to study Pilates in Chile in2009 and I have been in this business since.

As I love to travel I came to Australia in 2012 after living in India for 1 year where I also studied Yoga to help my Pilates skills.

I have found Pilates moves your body and your mind by working on stability, alignment and strength in every stage of a class or studio session.
