“A class based on classical ballet barre movements focusing on balancing and strengthening core exercises”

Tightening muscles and harnessing core strength this is THE master class for general health and fitness. Combining classical ballet barre movements with Pilates gives you the fundamental elements to reach maximum core while balancing mind and body as well as strengthening your entire muscle structure.

Available for small groups or one-on-one sessions.

What to bring / know:

Your own, preferred mat, or standard ones are provided. (Manly Vale – Studio only)
No shoes during the class.
Water bottle and towel will certainly come in handy.
Hand weights (max. 2 kg).
Elastic stretch band.
