Jill Healy-Quintard’s 10 Principles combine focus, breath, balance, core, cardio, stretch, strength and mobility as well as meditation to calm and focus the mind, improve breathing and posture habits and create a state of active awareness of body and mind in everyday life.
Jill gears her classes to be suitable for every participant with modifications to aid all ages and fitness levels to benefit.
All sessions focus on core engagement, improving posture and balance, joyful movement combining High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with cardio beats.
Pilates and Yoga moves are fused in a MindBody flow finishing with YogaNidra (the waking sleep).
