Utilising the YogaPilates Fusion combination of Yoga poses and Pilates for core-strengthening, students enjoy a great workout, finishing off with breath control leaving them balanced and relaxed.
Designed to increase bone and muscle strength during adolescence, movements particularly compliment swimming, dance, soccer and most common sporting activities. An additional dance component can be incorporated, boosting cardio by lifting hearts and heart rates!
Available for small groups or one-on-one sessions.
What to bring / know:
Your own, preferred mat, or school provided.
No shoes during the class.
Water bottle and towel will certainly come in handy.
Outside that, a positive attitude and open mind is all you need to get the most out of this enjoyable, group activity.
